On Friday 26th July, our team from Ash Plumbing & Bathrooms in Telford swapped tools for hay bales as we headed to Frankly Farm Tours, a fantastic family-run attraction near Ironbridge, to help bring their new goat pen to life.
When we first approached John and Natalie at the farm to explore potential collaborations between our two local Shropshire businesses, they told us about their three new pygmy goat kids – Thomas, Tod and Tucker – and a fresh pen that needed kitting out with some enrichment. Naturally, we jumped at the chance to get involved!
Using leftover supplies from our bathroom projects across Shropshire, we built a quirky little playground for the goats!

Featuring:
A toilet hay feeder
A sink snack station
A freestanding bath turned climbing frame
Pipes, planks, and a radiator rooftop ramp

It’s not your usual kind of installation, but we loved getting stuck in – and the goats definitely approved.
Projects like this are why we’re proud to be part of the independent business community in Shropshire. It gave us a creative way to upcycle unused materials, support a fellow local business, and bring a smile to visitors of all ages.
And this is just the beginning… we’ve got more exciting plans with Frankly Farm already in motion. Watch this space!
If you're in or around Telford, Shrewsbury, or the wider Shropshire area, be sure to pay them a visit – it’s a real hidden gem!
