Payment Terms & Conditions
To secure your booking, a deposit of 40% of the total project cost is required. Once this deposit is received, your project start date will be confirmed and secured in our diary. A further 30% of the project cost is due at the halfway point of the project, and the remaining 30% is payable upon completion of the works.
Please note that all payments must be made in accordance with these terms to ensure the smooth progression and completion of the project. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in delays or suspension of works.

Complaints Procedure
We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards. In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can to enable us to rectify any problems as soon as possible.
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use
